All orders are fulfilled using Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment). This ensures fast and reliable delivery for every order.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to Canada and the United States. Shipping to other regions is not available at this time.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout).
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at daynnightlife@gmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Return and Refund Policy
At Day & Night Life, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return Window: The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.Product Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping Fee
- A flat return shipping fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- This shipping fee applies regardless of your location within our delivery service area.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returns, covering handling and inspection costs.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Login to Your Account:- Visit https://account.daynnightlife.com.
- Enter your email address and follow the instructions to verify your identity.
- Locate the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for return with any additional comments.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Note: Refunds will reflect the original purchase price minus:
- The $3.99 return shipping fee.
- The 10% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at daynnightlife@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Items not in their original condition or missing essential components.
