    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q3: How can I track my order?

Q4: What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
A: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


2. Returns & Refunds

Q6: How do I initiate a return?
A: To start a return:

    1. Email us at daynnightlife@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
    3. Use the return label we provide. A $3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Q7: Are there any fees for returns?
A: Yes:

    • A $3.99 return shipping fee applies to all returns.
    • A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted to cover handling and inspection costs.

Q8: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

Q9: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
